Jenny Esplin was raised by a father who was a secret service agent and a survivalist. Although she didn\u2019t live in the middle of nowhere like the characters in her debut novel,\u00a096 Miles: A Story of Survival, her dad was very intent on making sure his kids were prepared for any emergency, especially natural disasters. Jenny currently lives in Las Vegas with her husband and her two sons. When she\u2019s not writing and being a mom, she teaches guitar part-time.<\/p>\n
